1. Contest open for all Malaysian mothers (Citizens/Residents) in their 30s, 40s & 50s.
2. Participating mothers should be above 30 years and less than 60 years as on March 31st 2012.
3. Every contestant must submit:
(a) a photo of themselves and their children (close up shot of all faces) in 4R size, along with their application.
(b) a brief write up (in not more than 50 words on what makes you a "Glowing & Youthful" mother).
4. Applications to be received between May 1st to June 30th 2012.
5. Closing date is June 30th 2012. Only shortlisted Mothers will be invited for auditions and personal interview in July 2012.
6. Applications for "Glowing Youthful Mother Contest 2012" can be submitted through:
(a) Online at www.gymc.com.my or
(b) Online at www.facebook.com/GlowForever or
(c) On prescribed GYMC 2012 forms Forms available at all leading pharmacies across Malaysia
Please note that the last date of receipt for completed applications ~ 30th June 2012
7. Shortlisting of Grand Finalists will be done through an online voting process by PGM (Privileged Glow Members), Facebook fans of "GlowForever" & a panel of Judges.
8. 26 finalist mothers will be required to attend boot camps & grooming sessions in September/October 2012 (which will be held over weekends in Kuala Lumpur).
9. Grand finale for 26 finalist mothers will be held at the KLCC Plenary Theatre, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, November 3rd 2012.
10. Please note that mothers who had applied in Glowing Youthful Mother Contest 2011 (GYMC 2011) except the top 15 finalists are eligible to apply for GYMC 2012.
11. Mega Lifecsiences reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs and entries of the contest winners(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent or making any payment whatsoever to the contest winners(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade promotion processes in any media.
12. Mega Lifecsiences reserves the right to amend/adjust the date of the program and announce to all participants accordingly should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
The event will be well attended by Celebrities, VIPs and covered by Malaysian Media including leading Television channels. All updates/results for the event will be posted on www.gymc.com.my and www.facebook.com/GlowForever.
The program contents & healthy living boot camps at the "Glowing Youthful Mother Contest 2012" will be supported and guided by experts from the "Wellness Society of Malaysia".
